This is a very interesting take on the Andrew young statement. I have never been a huge fan of McWhorter, but he makes some valid points. I don’t agree with his assessment of George Allen. I do think he knew what was he was saying. He may not have known the meaning of what he said, but he linked it to this young mans skin color.
