First of all, blacks need to stop playing the victim role and start playing the victor role. Blacks own businesses, and have jobs that enable them to enjoy the same luxuries as any other culture, nationality in this country. It's those who continue to play the race card at the drop of a hat, or complain of racism every time something goes wrong in their lives. If you can't get a job, maybe it's actually because you're not qualified or you didn't show promise to be hired at the interview, not because you're black. As far as racist, it takes one to know one doesn't it? Blacks want the fame, glory, money, etc, but don't want the responsibilities. When things are great in black communities, it's due to black power, when things are going badly, it's the white man's fault from slavery to Lindon B Johnson. Get real. Look at what's happening now!!! Downtown Atlanta has become a hotbed of BLACK crime on other blacks and everyone else. Georgia Tech is being terrorized almost weekly, ghetto black culture has turned Wisconsin into a mecca of "hood" lifestyle. This isn't racist, it's factual. Get over it. I'm sick of seeing pants hanging off asses, speech that sounds like one has never gone to school. Let's talk about the word Nigger. So degrading so insulting. But noooo, it's ok if you use ah not er. Come on, most blacks don't use er on hardly any er/ar words. Dollar is pronounced dollah, holler is hollah, sister is sistah, player is playah. So on and so forth. Nigger, niggah, it's doesn't matter. Show some respect for your own people. If a black kid speaks clearly and eloquently, he/she is sometimes accused of trying to be white. If they read a lot, they're trying to be white. If he/she dresses in other than urban wear, they're trying to be white. That is so damn stupid of blacks to say that to another. What those blacks are actually saying is that we as blacks are supposed to be dumb and not read or talk intelligently, we are not supposed to dress conservatively or appropriately. Wake up black people get your head out your asses.

I just came across this article after googgling my name and saw that my husband and I were the highlight of your blog. Despite what has happened to the economy and the housing market we moved into our house and are happy with our decision. We could have walked away from the money and would have been fine financially but chose not to. We didn’t cause the market to change and sympathy is not what we wanted trust and believe that. It was a chance to expose what was happening in the housing market and I would do it all over again. It’s unfortunate that so many people were caught in tricky loans. Who could have imagined that our story was just the tip of the iceberg and the downward spiral that has happened in less than three years? For us our story was a happy ending but for so many others it has been a nightmare.
